The Mundika Nafaka Farmers Sacco Executive Committee met in January 2026 to review the progress made in 2025 and set priorities for the year ahead. The committee celebrated growth in membership, loan services, and farmer support, while committing to expand digital platforms, strengthen training, build partnerships, and enhance transparency. With innovation, inclusivity, and sustainability guiding the plan, the Sacco reaffirmed its dedication to empowering farmers and transforming livelihoods across Busia County.
Equity Bank Partnership Talks: Training, Financing & Growth
The Mundika Nafaka Farmers Sacco Executive Committee was honored to receive the Equity Bank Busia Branch Manager, Mr. Edwin, for a consultative engagement. The meeting focused on collaboration in farmer training, business development ideas, strategic partnerships, networking opportunities, and financing options to strengthen member support. These discussions mark an important step toward sustainable growth and expanded opportunities for our farmers, and once the ideas are fully refined, the committee will provide members with a comprehensive briefing on the way forward.
